CDW covers damage only to the exterior of the rented vehicle. The collision Damage Coverage offered is not insurance. It is an option that relieves the renter of financial responsibility if the vehicle is damaged while on contract.
When CDW is declined customers will pay full cost of the damages done to the rented vehicle in the event of an accident.
Collision Damage Coverage is void if the vehicle is not returned by the due back date and if the contract is not paid in full at time of return.
NO SHOW / CANCELLATION
Reservations are valid and honored for up to two hours after the requested pick up time. If the vehicle is not picked up within two hours of the requested pick up time the reservation status will be changed to a NO SHOW and a charge will be applied. Customers should contact us if there is need to change the pick up time of requested vehicle to avoid any problems.
Any cancellation should be done five (5) days prior to reservation date. Failure to do this will result in rental charge applied.
EXTENSION
Once a customer leaves our facility they should contact us if the return date or time needs to be extended. Only the renter is allowed to extend an open contract.
Additional funds must be available on the credit card to cover the rental time requested. In the event funds are not available or a payment cannot be made a request for extension will be denied and the rental vehicle must be returned on the original return date and time.
RATES
daily charges are on a 24 hour clock. Example: If you rent the vehicle at 10:00 a.m. on a Monday and return at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, this would be considered a one day rental.
Renters are given a 59-minute grace period to return. After such time the renter would be charged an hourly rate for each hour.
REFUELING OPTIONS
Purchase pre-paid fuel at time of rental at retail price. This option will save you time since you would not have to stop for fuel.
